We offer exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that Prissy Ventures maintains a no cash refund policy for change-of-mind returns. All such returns are processed strictly as exchanges for another product of equal value or store credit. [1, 2]

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following requirements:
 
  • Unused & Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • No Signs of Use: For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any used items. [3, 4]

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please follow these steps: [3]
 
  • Reporting: Notify us via email at sales@prissyventures.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
  • Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the item at no additional cost to you. In accordance with South African consumer law, if a replacement is unavailable, we will provide a suitable alternative or a full refund for the defective product. [3, 5, 6]

  • Timeline: Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.
